Delivery & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We always try to minimize the operation of this policy, preempting the possibilities for it while choosing our vendors, careful packing and safe transportation, as needed for the product

  2. Returns
    1. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it or 21 days from the date of invoice, as a standard offering.
    2. As some of our suppliers have their own return and refund policy. We are also bound to honor the same, in which case our invoice will carry a statement like “Return and Refund Policy as per supplier”, in context
    3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
    4. Your item needs to have the win7 receipt or proof of purchase.
    5. You are required to place the return request on our website, we will schedule the pickup and will inform you about the pickup details. Our pickup agent will not be able to discuss with you on the issue, quality of the product, technical details or timelines of return as they are governed by Win7 Team and our respective supplier.
  3. Refunds
    1. Once we or our supplier receive your item, we will arrange to inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of the replacement or your refund after inspecting the item.
    2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, if paid with it (or the original method of payment).
    3. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  4. Shipping
    1. We have not included the shipping cost of return in your product cost. So to give you the maximum benefits on cost and to discourage silly return, we would charge you the shipping cost, which you need to pay online for arranging the pickup agent. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
  5. Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
    1. The return and refund of some of the items we sell are dependent on our manufacturer or distributor and therefore it will be indicated in our invoice. This includes the items that are non-returnable / non-refundable (like undergarments etc)
