Mike Swanson,a MS employee has created a theme pack for Windows 7.Here is what his blog post reads-

If you are still feeling patriotic and are using Windows 7 then you can check out Paul Thurrott’s new Washington D.C. theme pack for Windows 7. He has made the theme using several photos he took on a trip to D.C. back in August 2007. Photos include the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the White House, and more.
