Windows XP mode is now available on Technet and MSDN.Windows XP Mode for Windows 7 makes it easy to install and run many of your Windows XP productivity applications directly from a Windows 7-based PC. It utilizes virtualization technology such as Windows Virtual PC to provide a Virtual Windows XP environment for Windows 7. We have been posting continuously about windows 7 build 7048 since past two days regarding some of it screenshots and then confirming it that it actually exist,now the german site winfuture.de has posted good number of screenshots showing the differences in the previous version and in build 7048. As reported earlier the build string is 7048.0.winmain.090219-1845 stating that it was compiled on 19th feb 2009 at 18:45 hours.This build is currently available to few of the Microsoft internal testers and  TAP partners.
