The file name for the x64 bit is 7100.0.090421-1700_x64fre_client_en-us_retail_ultimate-grc1culxfrer_en_dvd.iso and the size is 3.04 GB and the file name for 32 bit version is 7100.0.090421-1700_x86fre_client_en-us_retail_ultimate-grc1culfrer_en_dvd.iso and the size is 2.35 GB

System Requirements for Windows 7 Release Candidate

1. 1 GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor

2. 1 GB RAM (32-bit) / 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

3. 16 GB available disk space (32-bit) / 20 GB (64-bit)

4. DirectX 9 graphics processor with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

The RC will expire June 1, 2010, and the bi-hourly shutdowns will begin on March 1, 2010. In both cases, you’ll need to rebuild your test PC to replace the OS and reinstall all your programs and data.
