Windows 7 new build ,build 7263

Till now their has been no new confirm news about when Windows 7 RTM is going to be released but in a meanwhile new build ,build 7263 has been compiled.The build string is 6.1.7263.0.win7_rtm.090619-1900 and the build was compiled on 19th June and this build also belongs to the RTM category.
Wzor adds that Microsoft had lengthy voting and discussions about which build has to be declared RTM (Build 7260, 61 or 62), but in the end neither of the builds got enough votes to pass. So a new build was compiled in RTM branch that’s build 7263.
We are hoping that the RTM build would be available within this month though it isn’t going to be available on MSDN and Technet soon
I do hope that RTM could be leaked out as soon as possible~we have been waiting for so long time ~
