The mail was sent to the testers stating that Windows 7 logo toolkit beta is scheduled to be released on 30th May.Here is what the mail reads-

We are excited about the significant interest we have received from our partners regarding the Alpha release of the Windows 7 Logo toolkit.  The Beta logo toolkit is targeted for release on May 30th and will allow ISVs to submit and receive the “Compatible with Windows 7” logo for their products.

At the same time, Microsoft recognizes that in order to meet specific commitments including OEM deadlines, some partners are unable to wait for the beta toolkit to submit.  For those partners who wish to get prequalified for Windows 7 Logo, Microsoft will accept Windows 7 Logo prequalifications on a limited basis from partners beginning on May 13th.   ISVs who pass the prequalification will receive an email confirmation that can be shared with their partners.
