An essential part of the Windows 7 beta release are the tools for deploying, diagnosing and developing on Windows. These needs are met by the Windows Kits. These kits provide consistent easy discoverability, consistent support, and a regular release schedule coinciding with the Microsoft® Windows® operating system.
The following tools are available for download-

The Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) – To go to the download page for Windows Software Development Kit beta for Windows 7 beta, click here. For more information on the SDK, click here.
The Windows Driver Kit (WDK) - For more information on the SDK, click here
The Windows Logo Kit (WLK) – With the release of the Windows 7 Beta, you can get started testing with the Windows Logo Kit 1.3 release*. This kit allows you to preview Windows 7 compatibility requirements while testing for the Windows Vista and XP Logo Program.
