While I have nothing new to add regarding RTM today, I do however have more precise information to give on when you will be able to get RTM. Again, when you can get RTM depends on who you are.

According to the information available Windows 7 has been finally RTMed.The build string 600.16385.090713-1255 has been declared as RTM.Though the refreshed build would be available on connect on 24th July.

According to the various sources,Windows 7 build 7600 with build number 6.1.7600.16385.win7_rtm.090713-1255 would very possibly the final RTM build.
We have even got some info about the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of this build-

According to the information available another build has been compiled whose build string is : 6.1.7600.16385.win7_rtm.090713-1255.this build was compiled on 13th July.
We would be seeing more such builds in the coming days if the Windows 7 has not been RTMed

Earlier we have reported that Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 build 7600 has been compiled.Now,finally the wait is over,Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 RTM build 7600 has been leaked and is available for download on various torrent sites.
