According to the latest information available Windows 7 Build 7100 has been compiled.The Build string is 7100.0.winmain_win7rc.090421-1700,which clearly states that the build was compiled on 21st April
According to the french site pinnula.fr the build is available to the OEM partners and would be available to public on 5th May.
The Chinese site cnbeta has further posted the time line for Windows 7

The chinese site pcbeta has posted some screenshots which are believed to be from Build 7082.The build number is 6.1.7082.0.winmain_win7rc.090410-1901 which was compiled on 10 th April.Their has been news that the RC version which would be released to the OEM partners is Build 7082.

According to the Microsoft partner site,Windows 7 RC would be available on 5th May.Adding to it the site reads that Windows 7 RC is now available on MSDN and TechNet.I just checked the TechNet but it wasn’t able till yet so we could expect it within the next couple of hours.

New Wallpapers have surfaced which are believed to be from Windows 7 build 7077.According to the sources these wallpapers were available only to the selected TAP testers.The Russian site TheVista.ru has posted the five new wallpaper packs of regional editions of Windows 7 that have not been released before. Each wallpaper packs contain six wallpapers from regions in India, Spain, France, Turkey and Brazil.

The alpha toolkit for the Windows 7 Software Logo Program is now available. The toolkit provides you with a quick and agile, automated, light weight command-line tool to verify their application’s compliance against the technical requirements.
