As Windows 7 Beta Build 6.1.7000.0.081212-1400 has already been leaked on various torrent sites and forums,Microsoft is getting ready to make it available to the TechNet and the MSDN subscribers.
This leaked beta version of Windows 7 has links pointing to the following TechNet and MSDN pages

The 64-bit versions of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 support more than 64 Logical Processors (LP) on a single computer. New processors are now appearing that leverage non-uniform memory access (NUMA) architectures. Within the near future, a system with 4 CPU sockets, 8 processor-cores per socket and with Simultaneious Multi-Threading (SMT) enabled per core, will achieve 64 Logical Processors. Many server-class solutions will need to be architected with NUMA awareness in order to achieve linear performance scaling on 64+ LP systems.

The First and probably the only beta version of Windows 7 that was released to the selected group of testers,the previous weak has been leaked on the net.The build version of the leak is 7000.0.081212-1400.The release has been made available on many different torrent sites.Probably again it was the chinese site bbs.pcbeta.com which leaked this version and now it is available on different forums for download.The torrent is available as an ISO file contrary to the previous leak build 6956 which was available as the VHD file.The torrent states …

The microsoft partners have received the latest version of Windows 7 beta 1 probably the one and the only beta of Windows 7 while the public release of Windows 7 is expected to be in the first week of january.
The images of the Windows 7 Beta Build 7000, as reported earlier as 7000.0.081212-1400 build shows not much change in the images shown in PDC 2008 which was reported to be Build 6936 and that of the Build 6956 which was leaked during the WinHEC 2008 in Beijing.

MyDrivers.com reports that on December 10, Microsoft has released a report to all OEM partners on Windows 7 technical support for the draft plan,so that the OEM partners could give feedback regarding this to the company by January 10 which would be the release date of the official program of the project.
